We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our dynamic Legal team at Rotork. As a key member of our elite team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier cross-border legal counsel to our global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on commercial contracts, including framework agreements, master supply agreements, and agent/distributor/reseller agreements
  • Advise on litigation, data protection, employment, and HR issues
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, internal restructuring, property deals, and intellectual property matters

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in general commercial contracts
  • Desirable experience in data protection, employment, or disputes/litigation
  • Ability to provide consistent and clear risk-based advice in an in-house environment
