Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Consultant/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for counseling Chinese students on UK primary and middle school applications, as well as foundation course applications.

  • Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Act as the manager of the project, overseeing the entire application process from initial consultation to final application submission.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to day-to-day customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote education services to student customers and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Compile and analyze sales figures, contributing to the development of marketing strategies and setting sales targets.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in the lower-age education consulting industry and a desire to learn and develop continuously in an ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate will have:

A master's degree level education (or equivalent experience/qualifications)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience working independently and as part of a team under high pressureGood IT skills and learning abilityGood Chinese and English language skillsSales or customer experience an advantageWhat We Offer
