We are seeking a Fixed Income Performance Analyst to join our esteemed asset management firm, Joseph Harry Ltd. This role focuses on the analysis of performance metrics related to Fixed Income investments, including corporate and government bonds as well as loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth performance analysis for Fixed Income assets, including credit and rates.
- Collaborate closely with both business and technology stakeholders to enhance performance analytics.
- Utilize industry-standard performance measurement tools such as POINT, PORT, BI-SAM, or Aladdin.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fixed Income Performance Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Fixed Income products and their performance metrics.
- Experience within the buy-side investment landscape.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or SQL.
This position will involve working on a significant project aimed at enhancing our existing analytics suite to better support Fixed Income performance analysis. The project is expected to last between 12 to 24 months and will involve collaboration with business analysts and other Fixed Income specialists.
Work Environment: This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for flexibility with two days per week in the office. Standard working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, with options for flexible scheduling.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between £80,000 and £110,000, accompanied by a 10% bonus and a 10% pension contribution.
