We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Recovery Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at Pine House Rehabilitation Unit, a specialist residential service for females with complex mental health needs.

As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting service users to equip them with the skills required for community living and increased independence. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide individualised interventions and promote a recovery-based approach.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a challenging environment. You will receive training and support to join the team and have opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service users to develop skills and confidence for community living
