The primary objective of this position is to support the Roofing Technician in executing all repair and enhancement tasks safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Effective communication with internal office personnel, colleagues, supervisors, and clients is essential, along with performing additional responsibilities as required by the job level, including offering assistance to team members as directed by management.

Delivering a responsive maintenance service to the retail sector is crucial; therefore, experience in roofing maintenance within a retail context is mandatory, while plumbing skills would be beneficial.


  • The role may necessitate travel across various contract regions.
  • A flexible approach to working hours is essential due to the nature of the contract and client requirements.
  • A valid, clean driving license is a prerequisite for this position.
Ideal candidates should possess experience in at least two of the following areas: roofing, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, groundwork, or glazing.

  • Experience in other maintenance roles is advantageous, although not mandatory, as training will be provided.
  • Certifications such as CSCS, SPA, IPAF, and PASMA would be beneficial.
