Job Title: Engineering Lead - RF Communications

Location: Flexible working arrangements with 4 days in the office/onsite and 1 day working from home.

About the Role

As an Engineering Lead - RF Communications, you'll have a unique opportunity to work within a multi-discipline design team, collaborating on new and exciting international projects as part of a rapidly expanding organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage engineering change to systems, deconflicting priorities as necessary.
  • Lead engineering and system design delivery, collaborating with other SMEs and participating in requirements management, justification, and decomposition.
  • Generate detailed specifications, designs, and other technical deliverables while working closely with peers to aid engineering change to systems.
  • Lead operational engineering teams with in-service systems, troubleshooting technical faults, and problem management.
Essential Experience

We're looking for someone with:

  • Knowledge of voice and data traffic handling and switching systems, VCCS (Voice Communications Control System) and ICCS (Integrated Communications Control System).
  • Voice and data comms technologies and protocols such as SIP/RTP, ED-137, serial, IP, and TDM.
