Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the Lettings Process: Ensure a smooth and efficient lettings process, from initial inquiries to move-in dates.
  • Conducting Customer Viewings and Tours: Showcase our properties to potential residents, highlighting the unique features and amenities.
  • Face-to-Face Resident Interaction: Build strong relationships with residents, ensuring they feel welcome, safe, and at home.
  • Prospecting Potential Tenants: Identify and engage with potential residents, promoting our properties and services.
  • Undertaking Pre-Let Inspections and Scheduled Inspections: Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Logging Receipt and Collection of Customer Parcels: Provide a convenient and secure service for residents to receive and collect their parcels.
  • Building Security and Resident Administration: Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations, maintaining the confidentiality and security of resident data.
  • Arranging and Hosting Events for Residents: Organize and host events that foster a sense of community, promoting resident engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable Experience: Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, property, or customer service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Commitment to ongoing learning and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Flexible Approach: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
  • Positive Attitude: Strong work ethic, with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in common software, including Microsoft and Windows.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Events: Previous experience in event planning and execution, a plus.
