Job Title: Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts via outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Place between 50-70 outbound calls to set appointments to initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients.
  • Account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through the execution of lead generation activities.
  • Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, Discover.org and other data sources.
  • Utilising email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.
Requirements:
  • You must be fluent in Italian.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred

  • Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
  • IT proficient.
  • Metrics-driven and goal-orientated.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
