In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing sales potential by identifying and generating high-quality leads while adhering to company protocols and industry regulations. Your focus will be on achieving defined targets related to both the volume and quality of leads generated. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining and updating databases.
Key responsibilities include making professional outbound calls to targeted demographics, which encompasses cold calling and list management, ensuring that objectives are consistently met and documented. You will also manage diaries, follow up on pending information from clients, and maintain organized and secure filing systems.
Moreover, this position involves some inbound sales activities, as leads will be generated through third-party sources, requiring support for the outbound sales team.
To excel in this position:
- Prior experience in Telesales or Lead Generation is essential
- A background in Sales or Customer Service is required
- You will have access to warm leads and the chance to cultivate and pursue your own leads
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills are necessary
- The ability to thrive under pressure is important
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial
