Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct assistance to our clients, empowering them to reach their personal goals and aspirations.
- Establish strong connections with individuals and promote their involvement in daily activities.
- Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to fellow team members.
- Collaborate effectively with external organizations, including local authorities and health/social care professionals.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients through effective safeguarding practices.
- Assist clients with everyday tasks such as meal preparation, household chores, and attending appointments.
- Proven experience in an adult residential care setting.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining to adult care.
- Experience working with individuals facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Possession of a full driving license and access to personal transportation (preferred).
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including overnight shifts.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (preferred).
- Relevant qualifications in adult care (Level 3, 4, or 5 required).
- Competitive remuneration starting at £14.00 per hour.
- Flexible shift patterns, including 1 day on, 2 days off, with approximately 10-11 shifts monthly.
- Additional compensation of £60 per night for overnight shifts and £35 per night for on-call duties.
- Ongoing training, performance reviews, and professional supervision.
