Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to families and individuals in need, promoting independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring individual needs are met.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Childcare/Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, working with children.
- Valid DBS certificate on the update service (registered online) or ability to obtain a new DBS.
