Job Description

This role will support the People Operations function globally post-transformation.

You will have responsibility for MENA, APAC, and the Americas, and will support the delivery of HR Operations, including the COE and Shared Service Function.

Experience globally with Shared Services, change, and transformation within a complex matrix organisation is essential, in addition to working with 3rd party providers to deliver services.

This hybrid role could be based in a variety of locations, including London, Belfast, Manchester, Edinburgh, or Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of HR Operations globally
  • Lead the COE and Shared Service Function
  • Work with 3rd party providers to deliver services
