Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Check symptoms and vital signs, arranging diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Display excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations.
- Work effectively as a team member, promoting team and interdisciplinary relationships.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
