Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join our team in Yeovil. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and fit out of a commercial office building. Your duties will include:

  • Managing a team of construction workers to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the project meets the required standards
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Managing the site's resources, including materials and equipment
  • Monitoring progress and reporting to the project manager

Requirements:

  • Valid SMSTS certification
  • 1st Aid at Work certification
  • CSCS Card
  • Experience working as a Site Manager on commercial fit out projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Working Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
