Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Responsible for all employee relations throughout the organisation, providing professional advice and guidance on all areas of HR policy and practice.
  • HR Strategy: Support the development and introduction of new and existing policies, procedures, and processes for people and culture, creating initiatives to support employees' physical and mental well-being.
  • Talent Management: Responsible for strategies attracting, developing, and retaining talent, driving Staff IntraNet and internal communications, and implementing annual performance reviews.
  • HR Projects: Lead on initiatives related to well-being and mental health, training and development, and onboarding and induction processes.
  • Exit Interviews: Manage the exit interview process and provide feedback to directors.
  • CSR Programme: Manage the company's CSR programme and participate in the design and implementation of projects in line with strategic business goals.
Requirements
  • Senior People Role: Proven track record working in a senior people role, with experience working within an SME organisation ideally in a stand-alone capacity.
  • Generalist Background: Full generalist background including recruitment and training, with a positive approach, professional, and confidence to deliver in line with objectives.
  • CIPD Level 5: CIPD level 5 qualification.
