- Exit Interviews: Manage the exit interview process and provide feedback to directors.
- CSR Programme: Manage the company's CSR programme and participate in the design and implementation of projects in line with strategic business goals.
- Senior People Role: Proven track record working in a senior people role, with experience working within an SME organisation ideally in a stand-alone capacity.
- Generalist Background: Full generalist background including recruitment and training, with a positive approach, professional, and confidence to deliver in line with objectives.
- CIPD Level 5: CIPD level 5 qualification.
- 25 Days Holiday: 25 days holiday per year.
