Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager Trainee. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading by example, coaching and developing staff, and addressing performance issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management: Inspire and motivate team members, lead by example, and coach and develop staff to achieve exceptional results.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure outstanding guest experiences, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards to exceed customer expectations.
  • Compliance & Systems: Adhere to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and licensing laws, maintain cleanliness, and ensure accurate stock control and compliance with company policies.
  • Operations & Logistics: Manage stock rotation, ordering, and inventory, ensure equipment functionality, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Event Promotion & Customer Interaction: Run promotional campaigns, organize events, and ensure positive customer interactions to drive sales and revenue growth.
