Red House is a specialized 6-bed facility catering to adults with learning disabilities, complex behaviours, and dual diagnoses.
The accommodation includes a self-contained flat for one resident, while the other five individuals reside in the main house.
Our residents enjoy engaging in various activities such as coffee outings, cinema visits, and excursions. They are also seeking individuals who can accompany them on holiday trips. This role involves shift work according to a set rota throughout the year, including weekends, evenings, and sleep-in duties.
Shifts are scheduled from 7:30am to 9:30pm.
Our ideal care assistant will:
Be dependable, approachable, and compassionate to assist our residents in achieving their daily objectives (including personal care) Facilitate in-house activities and hobbies Be observant and motivate our residents to reach their potential Exhibit resilience and assist in managing challenging behavioursWhat we offer:
