About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Digital Lead to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our Global Programme Office, you will be responsible for delivering projects that drive innovation and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, leveraging technology and engineering expertise
  • Manage project finances, revenue recognition, and margin improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project quality and control
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project and programme management, with a proven track record of delivering engineering development projects
  • Proficient in project finances, revenue recognition, margin improvement, risk management, and month-end reporting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Strong understanding of business and finance, project planning and scheduling, budgeting, and cost management
