Project Management Digital Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Digital Lead to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. As a key member of our Global Programme Office, you will be responsible for delivering projects that drive innovation and growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex software development projects in the Defence Sector
  • Manage project finances, revenue recognition, and margin improvement
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in project and programme management, with a proven track record of delivering engineering development projects
  • Proficient in project finances, revenue recognition, margin improvement, risk management, and month-end reporting
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Developed understanding of business and finance, project planning and scheduling, budgeting and cost management, revenue recognition, and contract management
