Job Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Electronic Test Specialist to focus on troubleshooting and debugging electronic components within Printed Circuit Boards and high-level units utilized in sophisticated military systems.
As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate to meet customer timelines and contribute to creating effective solutions.
Our offerings include various PCB configurations; your role will involve diagnosing issues at the board level and utilizing schematics to identify component-level faults.
Investigate failures in top-level units during or after testing phases such as ATP, ESS, and PAT.

Key Responsibilities:

Role Overview:

Analyze unit failures and isolate faults to identify root causes.

Collaborate within a cooperative team environment to meet daily and weekly objectives.

Assist in engineering evaluations and analyze trends to pinpoint process or supplier challenges to enhance yield.

Maintain traceability and compliance while working on products, solving problems both independently and collaboratively.

Utilize a range of manual and automated testing equipment with varying complexities.

Essential Duties:

Demonstrated experience or relevant qualifications in diagnosing issues at the component level on PCBs.

Adhere to Health & Safety and Quality standards.

Contribute to daily manufacturing metrics.

Engage in lean initiatives and other operational activities.

Support operational delivery requirements.

Work effectively in teams and independently to meet delivery goals.

Complete necessary manufacturing documentation and job records.

Qualifications:

Prepare all relevant documentation to complete tasks, ensuring traceability and compliance throughout.

Prior experience in fault diagnosis and testing of electronic components is preferred.

Ability to utilize digital manuals, schematics, and other documentation to assist in the repair of assets.

Time-served experience or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through formal qualifications.

Capacity to follow detailed instructions and learn complex electronic circuit diagrams.
