Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Pathologist to join our team. As a Senior Pathologist, you will be responsible for leading our laboratory team and ensuring the highest standards of histopathology testing, immunohistochemistry, and cytogenetics testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of laboratory professionals in the performance of routine histopathology testing, immunohistochemistry, and cytogenetics testing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laboratory testing regulations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new testing procedures and technologies.
  • Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff on new testing procedures and technologies.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of prior relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proficiency in routine histopathology testing, immunohistochemistry, and cytogenetics testing procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
