Finance Administrator Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the day-to-day purchase transactions of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all finance information and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and review expense claim submissions, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company policies.
  • Manage and maintain the recording of invoices on Sage Business Cloud.
  • Liaise with department managers regarding any finance-related queries or discrepancies.
  • Produce weekly reports and updates to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  • Maintain good communication with suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Manage company shared accounts mailboxes and ensure all paperwork is filed and up-to-date.
Person Specification:
  • Previous experience in the use of Sage software.
  • Minimum two years MS Office experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Time management and methodical approach to work.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team.
