We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our 0-25 service, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and contributing to the Knowsley Family Hubs offer.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement targeted emotional wellbeing support for the 0-25 Healthy Child Programme
- Collaborate with partner agencies to develop and influence the regional antenatal offer and perinatal mental health support
- Work with individuals, groups, and communities to promote public health and wellbeing
