Key Responsibilities

  • Produce comprehensive nursing assessments and reports
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and improve services
  • Attend training and engage in continuing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines
  • Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in collaboration with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Current Pin Number and experience as an RMN
  • Ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity in your role
