Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate priest to join our team at Four Spires Benefice. As a spiritual leader, you will be responsible for guiding our community in their faith journey and helping us to grow in our understanding of Jesus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preach the Word and encourage others to strengthen their faith
  • Lead our small team with constructive, encouraging, and delegating leadership
  • Work with all ages and different communities, including rural and urban areas
  • Preside over various worship styles and lead our worship in a creative and inspirational manner
Requirements
  • Deepening and growing faith within local communities
  • Opening God's Word to people
  • Teaching and showing others how to teach and minister to others
  • Spending time in prayer, listening to God's Voice
  • Connecting with all manner of folk, developing mission in the parishes through PCCs and congregations
  • Building our congregations in faith and numbers, increasing our love and understanding of Jesus through the power of His Holy Spirit
