  • Prepare and manage pre- and post-contract paperwork and documentation
  • Complete Continuous Professional Development (CPP) to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong commercial skills, with experience working with NEC and JCT forms of contract
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Contracts Manager, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Experience working on Civil Engineering and Groundworks projects, with a deep understanding of the sector
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
