Project Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Procurement Manager to lead our procurement activities in assigned projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all procurement processes, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure the successful completion of the projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all procurement activities for assigned projects
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize project outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor procurement team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on procurement metrics to ensure project goals are met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage project procurement budgets and forecasts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in the energy industry
  • Proven track record of successful project procurement management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of company IT tools and Microsoft Office software
