Senior Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting our staff while ensuring high-quality care for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support care staff to deliver exceptional care services
- Manage daily operations, including staff planning, medication processes, and contributing to care plans and quality improvement
- Provide management cover when needed and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Recruit, train, and develop care staff to meet the needs of our service users
- Assist with health and safety, staff meetings, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Relevant SVQ level 3 qualification
- Basic computer skills
- Christian faith and ability to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos
- Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and SSSC registration
