Your Role: Senior Data Modeler

As a Senior Data Modeler, you will play a crucial role in shaping the data landscape of our financial services clients. You will be responsible for conducting business analysis to understand data requirements and collaborating with subject matter experts and data architects to develop logical and physical data models.

  • Data Modeling Expertise: Leverage your strong data modeling experience within the financial services industry, particularly in large-scale data migration programs.
  • Financial Data Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of financial reference data and experience with industry-standard models (e.g., fpML, FIX, FIBO) is highly advantageous.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Project Lifecycle Experience: Demonstrate experience in implementing project lifecycles, including familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Be proficient in UML, logical data models, RDBMSs, SQL, and modeling semi-structured schemas like JSON and XML. Familiarity with data modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, Erwin, Power Designer, or Visual Paradigm is a plus.
