About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers Farnborough Audi. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers, advising them on warranty cover and upselling additional parts and accessories, and liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments.
Responsibilities
- Booking and scheduling appointments for customers
- Providing excellent customer service and communication
- Upselling and recommending additional services and products
- Managing customer records and updating systems
- Working collaboratively with the Aftersales team to achieve targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a warm and welcoming personality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry would be an advantage, as well as knowledge of dealer systems such as Kerridge/ADP.
