About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Building Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a market-leading standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on our motoring and cycling products and services
- Assisting customers with their vehicle and bike needs, including fitting car parts and cycle repair
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
- Contributing to the development of our team through sharing knowledge and best practices
Requirements:
- Experience of delivering great customer service in a retail sales environment
- A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
- Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair
