As a Graduate Building Sustainability Consultant, you will be part of our GROW programme, a structured 3-year programme designed to help you develop skills and become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You will benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme.

Our team works on a range of environmental and planning projects, including major infrastructure, urban regeneration, and community-focused projects. You will have the opportunity to work with expert teams advising clients on tackling the climate emergency and achieving their broader sustainability outcomes.

We are looking for a specialist and science graduate who will specialise from day one in their chosen discipline. You will work on projects that expose you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists, and you will be empowered to drive your career and develop the skills you require to succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working on environmental and planning projects, including major infrastructure, urban regeneration, and community-focused projects.
  • Collaborating with expert teams to advise clients on tackling the climate emergency and achieving their broader sustainability outcomes.
  • Developing skills and becoming an experienced professional in your chosen field through our GROW programme.
  • Specialising from day one in your chosen discipline and working on projects that expose you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists.

Requirements:

  • BEng/BSc/MEng/MSc in an Engineering or Environmental Sciences based degree, including Building Services Engineering, Chemical/Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar.
  • Graduating in 2025 or having recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
  • Hold a full driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK.
  • Comfortable with site-based working, when required for projects.
