Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Grangemouth (hybrid working arrangement)

Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible start times)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Iconic Resourcing. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing HR communications and queries, assisting with payroll and HR reporting, maintaining HR data and records, coordinating training, and providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR communications and respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with payroll processing and HR reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain up-to-date HR data and records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection
  • Coordinate training and development programs, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
