About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Capture Expert to join our Middle Office team at Point72 Asset Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and prompt processing of trades across various asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of trade events for a wide range of products, including FX, equity, rate, credit, bonds, and futures.
  • Identify and address any T+1 issues proactively to minimize errors and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to optimize trade capture processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of tools to boost automation and streamline trade capture processes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working on the buy-side and delivering to multiple stakeholders.
  • Product knowledge and comfort with risk measures and valuation.
  • Demonstrate a culture of ownership and consistent follow-through.
  • Detail-oriented with clear examples of process improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on reducing operational risk and trading errors.
  • Proficient with industry systems like Bloomberg and Tradeweb.
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards.
