Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cleaning service delivery across 5 schools, ensuring high standards are met.
  • Develop and monitor Service Delivery Plans and KPIs to drive performance.
  • Monitor resource levels to comply with contract requirements, maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Develop robust risk management processes and associated procedures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Build strong relationships with contract management teams, fostering effective communication.
  • Oversee stock and delivery control across 5 sites, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Support other soft service delivery as needed, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in cleaning management, with a strong understanding of facilities operations.
  • Previous experience working within a facilities environment, with a focus on cleaning services.
  • Level 2 food hygiene certification is desirable, along with knowledge of catering operations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with contract management teams.
  • Driving license, with the ability to travel between sites.
  • Ability to provide a clear enhanced DBS, ensuring a safe working environment.
