Job Summary

We are seeking skilled fabricators to work on aircraft parts using industry equipment. The role involves working with materials such as titanium, aluminum, and stainless steel to ensure the production of high-quality components. Candidates will be responsible for following standard procedures, maintaining safety standards, and working collaboratively with team leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture aircraft parts for commercial aircraft
  • Ensure 'right first time' production
  • Clear work phases using enterprise resource planning systems
  • Report any non-conformance to process improvement teams
  • Adhere to quality procedures and occupational health and safety requirements
  • Conduct first-party inspections and maintain work area cleanliness
  • Follow risk assessments and environmental health and safety procedures

Requirements

Essential:

  • Apprenticeship and vocational qualification level 3 in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to work in a team and follow established procedures

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Experience with computer numerical control machinery
  • Skills in swaging pipework
