Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing a portfolio of suppliers, negotiating price increase requests, and ensuring compliance with globally defined methods and processes.
As a Procurement Specialist, you'll contribute to the implementation and usage of globally defined methods, processes, and systems to ensure high process efficiency and compliance.
You'll also support Supplier Management processes, update supplier evaluation systems, and maintain records of all documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of suppliers, negotiate price increase requests, and prepare RFQ packs
- Conduct negotiations for medium Purchasing Volumes
- Contribute to implementation and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes, and systems
- Support Supplier Management processes, including qualification, selection, evaluation, development, and classification
- Update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers
- Maintain records of all documentation, adherence of online purchasing and contract management systems
- Strong SAP experience
- Outstanding Excel skills
- 2+ years of experience in Direct Procurement
- Bachelor's degree
