Part-Time Payroll Clerk (14 Month FTC)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk to support our finance team in delivering day-to-day payroll requirements.

As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the payroll mailbox, preparing payroll changes files, reviewing and processing payroll files, and coordinating year-end payroll activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payroll mailbox and respond to payroll-related queries
  • Prepare and review payroll changes files
  • Process payroll files and manage pension schemes
  • Coordinate year-end payroll activities, including P11D, PSA, and P60
  • Manage salary sacrifice schemes and payroll-related reporting
  • Post monthly payroll-related journals
  • Support the Financial Controller on payroll-related matters

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience in payroll administration.
