Job Description

Assystem, Switch On is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by providing financial management, cost control, and project coordination services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project controls, financial management, and cost control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and project management tools.
Desirable Experience:
  • Experience in the nuclear engineering consultancy sector.
  • Understanding of Agency Workers Regulations (AWR).
