Job Title: HR Administrator

Join News UK, a leading media business in the UK and Ireland, as an HR Administrator. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide first-line HR support and administration to our employees.

About the Role:

As an HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, providing advice and assistance to employees, line managers, and HR Business Partners. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate HR records, coordinating new starters and leavers, processing leave cases, and compiling employee records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and line managers
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases
  • Coordinate new starter and leaver processes
  • Process leave cases and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Log and monitor absence and sickness
  • Produce letters and contracts for contractual changes
  • Compile redundancy calculation costs
  • Answer Subject Access Requests
What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an individual with previous HR administration experience, strong stakeholder relationships, and high attention to detail. You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with previous experience with SAP desired but not essential.
