We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Plus One Recruitment. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring that our organization remains a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate and manage employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and exits.
  • Prepare HR documentation such as letters, contracts, and reports.
  • Act as a point of contact for line managers seeking advice on HR issues, guiding them on best practices and legal requirements.
  • Provide training and support to line managers on handling employee relations cases, performance management, and other HR processes.
  • Support the HR team in the preparation and delivery of formal employee relations meetings, such as disciplinary hearings or grievance procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with current employment laws and internal policies.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement.
  • Participate in and support recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, particularly in employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and HR best practices.
