We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Patient Dining team as a Ward Host/Hostess. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing menus, taking orders, and addressing dietary and allergen queries.
  • Prepare and serve refreshments and meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborate with ward staff to ensure patients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, promoting a positive experience.
