Job Summary

We are seeking a Catering Assistant to support our Catering Manager in delivering fantastic customer service and ensuring a safe working environment. As a key member of our team, you will help keep the work and customer areas clean, tidy, and secure at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support the Catering Manager in ensuring a high-quality service.
  • Undertake all mandatory and company training as required.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Understand and adhere to food safety and health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Take initiative and make decisions to ensure the best possible service for customers.

Requirements
