Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at Integral UK. As a key member of our facilities and maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing expert service and maintenance to our clients across Greater London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on air conditioning systems, including PPMs and reactive works.
  • Install and replace air conditioning systems, including retrofits and system replacements.
  • Troubleshoot and fault-find on all air conditioning systems.
  • Produce quotations for works and remedials following service visits.
  • Work on a variety of air conditioning systems, including splits, VRFS, AHUs, and DX systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and update logbooks.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
Requirements:
  • C&G 2079 Cat1 qualification.
  • NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification.
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Good mechanical and electrical background.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs.
  • Sound understanding of health and safety obligations.
  • Ability to work out of hours and on a scheduled call-out rota.
  • Good communication and organisation skills.
  • UK driving license.
  • Good understanding of IT packages.
