  • Attend and complete planned maintenance and reactive works as scheduled, including breakdowns.
  • Have experience in installing and replacing Air Conditioning systems.
  • Troubleshoot and fault-find on all Air Conditioning systems.
  • Produce quotations for works and remedials following service visits.
  • Work on a variety of Air Conditioning systems, including Splits, VRFS, AHUs, and DX systems, as well as some Central Plant.
  • Work independently and as part of a team when necessary.
  • Be prepared to work on a mobile basis across Greater London.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and update logbooks in client premises.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.

  • C&G 2079 Cat1.
  • NVQ Level 3 or similar.
  • F-Gas certification.
  • Good mechanical and electrical background.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs.
  • Sound understanding of Health & Safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities.
  • Ability to work out of hours when required and on a scheduled call-out rota.
  • Good communication and organisation skills.
  • UK driving license.
  • Good understanding of IT packages, including Outlook and Word.
