We are seeking an experienced and proactive designer to join our team as Creative Lead at Moxie and Mettle Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management and production of all in-house print and digital design, as well as handling day-to-day branding and imagery requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design Management: Oversee the design of all brochures, leaflets, and packaging across our brands.
- Project Planning: Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute design projects from briefing to sign-off.
- Visual Identity: Develop and manage the visual language of our brands, including graphics for websites, e-shots, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Image Management: Manage our in-house image libraries and handle image requests.
- Brand Guidelines: Create and manage visual and brand guidelines for each brand.
- Print Production: Create print-ready artwork for use in the press and in sales literature.
- Event Design: Design artwork for physical events, such as posters and large-format displays.
- Marketing Collateral: Design all additional marketing collateral, including corporate stationery.
- Print Buying: Manage print buying and ensure cost-efficient relationships with suppliers.
- Reporting: Provide monthly contributions to Marketing Team meetings and reports.
- Design Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your experience in branding, packaging, and corporate literature.
- Print Production: Understanding of print production and experience of negotiating with suppliers.
- Writing Skills: Strong writing skills with an understanding of how to target copy to differing audiences.
- Project Management: Experience in managing projects from concept to delivery.
- Communication: Good communication skills and confidence in working across different teams.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
