Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the financial planners and office manager, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality and compliant service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Process new business applications and ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation.
- Prepare and distribute valuation reports to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations.
- Assist financial planners in preparing performance documentation for client review appointments, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Prepare review checklists for client appointments, ensuring all relevant details are captured.
- Obtain provider information to support advisers in making informed recommendations and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive reports.
- Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics, providing clients with a clear understanding of their financial situation.
- Ensure clients are kept informed of progress throughout the process, providing regular updates and communication.
- Assist with research and produce FE Analytics fund switch reports, ensuring all necessary information is included.
- Process and monitor switch requests directly with providers or electronically via platform, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare half-yearly valuation reports for issue to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations.
- Provide post-review summary reports to clients, highlighting key takeaways and recommendations.
- Complete withdrawal instructions on behalf of clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and authenticated.
