About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Business Development to join our team at Epsilon, a global advertising and marketing technology company. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our growth trajectory within Retail Media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive targeted sales outreach to retailers across the Americas, leveraging your network and relationships to facilitate the expansion of our retail media business.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, resulting in high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with our Retailer Sales team to build and present effective pitches, supported by creative and technical teams.
  • Coordinate with internal Legal team to ensure quick legal review and turnaround, and work with cross-functional subject matter experts as needed.
  • Build presentations with a clear story and value proposition, and lead the relationship building with Retailers during the pitching, contracting, and onboarding process.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in business development, sales, account management across digital marketing, data or advertising technology, with specific experience in retail or retail media.
  • Full working knowledge and sales understanding in Adtech, Martech, Ecommerce, Digital, CPG, Media, Data, and Retail.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration qualities, with the ability to build presentations, problem solve, and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met.
