Production Planning Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Planning Supervisor to join our team at KHR Recruitment Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Master Production Schedule in SAP, coordinating meetings with relevant parties, and ensuring accurate short-term and long-term plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement production scheduling strategies to meet business objectives.
  2. Coordinate with manufacturing departments to ensure effective capacity planning and overtime management.
  3. Manage production routings, parts allocation, and ECN process updates.
  4. Report to the Supply Chain Manager on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Use SAP to book in parts and manage inventory.
  6. Lead the Production Planning team and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain lean systems to improve efficiency.
  8. Coordinate annual inventory counts.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in production scheduling, planning, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience using SAP (MM & PP), excellent IT skills, and proven people management experience. A positive and innovative approach, with strong interpersonal skills, is essential for this role.
