Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Effectively manage your schedule to optimize appointments and activities.
- Generate leads through proactive outreach.
- Market newly listed properties and maintain client connections.
- Coordinate property viewings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update them regularly.
- Facilitate the offer process.
- Ensure compliance with legislation throughout the sales process.
- Drive new business by securing valuation appointments.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks and systems.
- Communicate with clients and solicitors to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with third-party operators to exceed client expectations.
- Demonstrated experience as a Property Sales Consultant.
- Excellent communication skills with a tactful approach.
- Analytical mindset with a methodical problem-solving ability.
- Highly driven and results-oriented.
- Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
